Grass Valley and Diversified agreed on a new, multimillion-dollar strategic partnership aimed to equip clients to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and competitive production environment.

Grass Valley and audiovisual and media developer Diversified have agreed on a new, multimillion-dollar strategic partnership aimed to equip clients with the tools and support needed to thrive in an increasingly dynamic and competitive production environment. Grass Valley, known for its live production systems, will use Diversified's integration and services expertise to deliver comprehensive systems to broadcasters, content creators and media organisations.

Grass Valley's hardware and software applications, which are deployed in media workflows that run on-premises, in the cloud or in hybrid environments, will be directly integrated with Diversified's products and services, resulting in end-to-end set-ups for content creation, management and distribution.

By combining their expertise, Grass Valley and Diversified expect to extend their reach, opening access to upgraded media systems and expert support to clients around the world.

The partnership will encourage joint innovation, allowing the companies to co-develop new techniques, products and services that address emerging trends and challenges in the media and entertainment industry.

Clients will be able to take advantage of enhanced support and service capabilities with Diversified's field services complementing Grass Valley's technical expertise, to help optimise performance and reliability of the deployed solutions. Through the collaboration, the companies will also develop comprehensive training programs to empower media professionals with the knowledge and skills required to access the full potential of Grass Valley’s and Diversified’s integrated systems.
