Tippett Studio, award-winning Animation and Visual Effects studio founded by Phil Tippett and part of the PhantomFX Media Group, announced today the hiring of Marc Morissette as Visual Effects Supervisor. Marc joins Tippett in Canada, bringing over 25 years of experience in the film and television industry.
Morissette’s portfolio of credits as a creative leader includes major franchises such as Transformers and X-Men, and international productions including The Beast Within (Universal), The Nevers (HBO Max), Spirited (AppleTV+), Lost In Space (Netflix), I Know What You Did Last Summer (Prime Video) and Upside Down (Millennium Entertainment). His craftsmanship earned him multiple nominations, notably by the Canadian Screen Awards for Achievement in Visual Effects.

In his new role, Marc will work with Tippett’s Vice President of Business Development, Christina Wise, who joined the studio leadership team in Los Angeles earlier this year.
