Actus Digital’s new integration with Pikolo's ITracker platform simplifies and speeds up broadcast operations, combining real-time channel monitoring with centralised operational data.
Actus Digital has formed a new integration with Pikolo's ITracker platform. This collaboration simplifies and speeds up broadcaster operations by combining real-time channel monitoring with centralised operational data management, giving users deeper insights and more efficient workflows.
Actus Digital’s expertise lies in intelligent compliance logging, quality monitoring and content analysis. ITracker’s web-based software, designed specifically for broadcast, tracks and captures operational activities, helping broadcasters to centralise and standardise their operations.
ITracker's reporting capabilities are a simple way to distribute business information and, at the same time, serve as the basis for data analysis. With Itracker’s detailed dashboards and data visualization, users can identify trends and opportunities for improvement and build up a comprehensive data store.
Data Flow and Automation
Through this integration, Actus automatically sends monitoring alerts directly to the Pikolo ITracker system. ITracker, in turn, connects with Actus via API to deliver a smooth, in-platform experience for users. This bi-directional data exchange limits the need for manual operator input and makes sure that channel status and technical alerts are instantly available within ITracker's centralised environment.
Actus-generated alerts are now stored alongside all other operational data – linear, digital and so on – inside ITracker's data store. From this single source of truth (SSOT), broadcasters can track performance trends, identify recurring issues and make faster decisions based on real data.
Immediate Visibility
The combination of Actus monitoring with ITracker analytics and profiling tools gives broadcasters immediate visibility into channel health and compliance status within the same operational dashboard. Centralising data generally leads to deeper trend analysis, more relevant decisions and better planning.
"Our mission is to make our QA Compliance Logger and monitoring a source of strategic value,” Sima Levy, CEO of Actus Digital, said. “By partnering with Pikolo, broadcasters have a more connected, efficient, insightful way to manage both technical performance and overall operations."
Noting that Pikolo serves customers across all broadcast verticals, from single stations to multi-national networks, Vernon Omegah, VP of Technology at Pikolo Systems said, "Integrating Actus' monitoring data gives our clients richer business insights to drive operational excellence." actusdigital.com
